Braxton is an actor from Texarkana, Texas, currently residing in Little Rock, Arkansas. Through his passion for political discourse and reverence for social justice, he aims to pay homage to the traditional roots of the craft, while keying in on the importance of the political themes and undertones within Musical Theatre and Shakespeare performance. He moves to bring culturally diverse perspectives to forms of performance art that were not traditionally meant for certain subgroups to have access to or perform. Lastly, his work not only solves to reach clarity of Musical Theatre and Shakespeare for diverse audiences through a layman’s perspective but provides representation that relays the fact these art forms are accessible to both the modern and the minority population.
